Our Statement

Epic Health is a locally owned solution to the growing need for senior and adult disability care in Henderson, McClean, Ohio, Hancock, and Daviess Counties, as well as care coordination services, case management, and attendant care throughout greater Kentucky.

Founded in 2021 by LaTonje Shelton MBA, BSN, RN, Shsar Blay, and Samuel Latio, Epic Health connects compassionate, highly trained care professionals with individuals and families in need of in-home and daytime support for adults, including grooming, housekeeping, and meals, as well as opportunities for social interaction and community engagement. Inclusive and accessible, the team offers language options which, in addition to American English, include Karenni, Karen, Burmese, Chin, and Thai. Home-modification experts are also available to guide the process of updating dwellings to be safer and more accessible for adults with varying degrees of mobility and for those who require mobility assistance devices.
